About
Cindy Soo works with people navigating the seasons of life that ask something more of them. She works through both counselling and coaching — facilitating change directly with children and adolescents who are wired differently, and with the caregivers who raise them.Caregiving is not a crisis to be managed. It is a developmental journey — and the preparation begins much earlier than most people think. When caregivers grow in self-awareness — of their own needs, patterns, and identity — something shifts. The weight becomes more conscious. The boundaries become clearer. And the people in their care are held with greater skill, and less unintended harm. This is what she means by Raising Caregivers — supporting the people who hold others, so that holding becomes a conscious act of love rather than an unconscious cost.Given the right support and understanding — everyone can.

And like every person who has ever loved someone younger than themselves, I find myself wanting a clearer world for the children — one where they still believe, when they are grown, that love, justice and peace are worth building toward. That wanting is what brought me to Love in Motion.Love in Motion is the philosophy at the heart of RDM Consulting. It is a simple idea: that love is not something we wait to feel. It is something we do — in how we listen, how we show up, how we keep moving even when it is hard. Love becomes real when it becomes visible. In our words. In our choices. In the small daily acts that tell another person: you matter here.Love in Motion moves through these principles:Consciousness — to grow, we first need to know ourselves. Our patterns, our needs, our inner landscape. Awareness is where everything begins.Compassion — not just the feeling of another’s difficulty, but the willingness to move toward it. To stay. To help carry it. Practised over time, this rewires us — quite literally — from the inside out.Conservation — growth that cannot be sustained will not hold. Whatever we build together needs to be something you can carry forward, in your own way, in your own life.Character— every person carries a story still being written. How we author that story — with honesty, with agency, with room for revision — shapes not only who we are, but who those around us dare to become.Communication — how we hear shapes everything we express outward. In gesture, in presence, in forms that touch one another.I do not belong to any single tradition. I have been shaped by many — science, story, stillness, and the wisdom that quietly crosses every border.I do this work because it matters. And because I believe the world gets better — when we grow well together.Raising Caregivers — across every season of life.Given the right support and understanding — everyone can.
